A 2026 pilot with Lomar will deploy Signal Fusion’s integrated, predictive behavioral analytics system in maritime operations to demonstrate how human-readiness intelligence can be embedded into day-to-day operational decision-making by onboard crews to strengthen maritime safety on vessels before risk escalates.

Behavioral analytics are already established in aviation, rail, and trucking, where they have helped reduce communication lapses and strengthen operational performance. With this collaboration, maritime has the opportunity to benefit from similar principles, applied in ways that reflect its own unique operational realities.

By combining lomarlabs’ deep-tech focus with Signal Fusion’s operational behavioral intelligence, this technology offers a valuable, innovative AI platform to enhance safety management systems and support seafarers in daily operations by removing unnecessary stresses that can lead to simple and, potentially, costly mistakes.
