Libra Group Completes Consolidation of 20 Subsidiaries Into 15 Operating Businesses and Announces Personnel Appointments

Following the recent sale of our former subsidiary, LCI, and a year-long internal review, we have completed the consolidation of our 20 subsidiaries into 15 operating businesses.

[February 26, 2026]  — Pleased to share that following the recent sale of our former subsidiary, LCI, and a year-long internal review, we have completed the consolidation of our 20 subsidiaries into 15 operating businesses.

This is partly reflected by combining all of our aerospace interests under SLI, along with earlier consolidations, such as bringing several former real estate entities under FCA Group.

We’re also pleased to celebrate the following Libra Group personnel appointments as part of our greater consolidation efforts to streamline efficiencies across Libra Group:

  • Nicholas Logothetis has been appointed Executive Vice Chairman
  • Adam Tomazos has been appointed Vice Chairman
  • Manos Kouligkas has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and will be moving back to Greece later this year for family reasons and to help oversee our growing presence across Europe and the Middle East
  • Lan Cao has been appointed Chief Representative, Asia
  • Alexia Liatsos has been appointed Executive Assistant, Infrastructure

As our Group grows across aerospace, diversified investments, hospitality, maritime, real estate, and renewable energy, our companies will benefit from operational efficiencies that support their assets and operations across nearly 60 countries.

With our 15 companies, Libra Group will continue in its mission to build strong companies, share insights across sectors, and foster dynamic partnerships that create value around the world.
