[September 4, 2025] — Libra Group is pleased to officially welcome Mauricio Justiniano as Vice President of Infrastructure at Libra Group, where he will work closely with Camilo Patrignani, Head of Infrastructure.
With 25+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, and energy analysis, Mauricio brings a wealth of expertise from senior roles across the energy, real estate, and development sectors. Most recently, he served as Risk Management Specialist at USAID, leading global risk-based strategies for USAID Missions. In his previous capacity, he advised both the private and public sectors on the development and deployment of renewable energy, smart grid, and energy-efficient emerging technologies.
In his new role, Mauricio will support Libra Group’s infrastructure and energy investments through market analysis, project evaluation, and capital sourcing. Based in our new Paris office, he will play a key role in strengthening Libra Group’s global footprint and presence in Europe.
