EuroEnergy

EuroEnergy is one of the renewable energy subsidiaries of Libra Group. With a pan-European portfolio focused on solar, wind, battery storage, and biogas, the company is dedicated to advancing Europe’s clean energy future. Established in Greece by Libra Group in 2007, EuroEnergy’s portfolio spans Greece, Romania, Croatia, Poland, and Latvia, supported by a seasoned team of approximately 50 employees. Since its inception, EuroEnergy has completed in excess of €1 billion in transactions, developing 600 megawatts (MW) through nearly 180 projects to date. As of July 2024, it has a combined generating capacity of over 110 MW and a pipeline of approximately 640 MW under development across Europe.

In 2023, the company acquired a landmark 114 MW wind energy development in Udbina, Croatia. Representing a total investment of €150 million, the project expands EuroEnergy’s European footprint to harness the potential of Croatia’s growing renewable energy sector. Significantly, the acquisition represents one of the country’s first clean energy investments since it became a member of the Eurozone in January 2023.

With a commitment to responsible innovation and growth, EuroEnergy announced a partnership with Perceptual Robotics to deploy drones to inspect wind turbines to meet the critical needs for stable, secure energy sources across Europe.
