Regina Sheridan

Executive Vice President, People and Culture

Regina Sheridan joined Libra Group in 2017 as Head of Education Programs for the Social Responsibility team, and was most recently Vice President of Social Responsibility where she was leading and overseeing our 10 social programs, partnerships, and grantmaking that improves lives around the world.

In her role as Executive Vice President of People and Culture, Regina ensures that Libra Group’s ethos and values are embedded throughout the organization, including our commitment to creating new career opportunities for deserving employees. Enriching the employee experience, uplifting our people, and strengthening the systems and processes that connect us are critical to the Group. Regina also oversees our flagship Internship Program, which has provided opportunities for hundreds of early professionals representing nearly 50 countries.

Previously, Regina spent six years at Concordia, the non-profit, nonpartisan organization in New York that builds sustainable partnerships for positive social impact, where she served as Executive Director for 4 years.

Prior to Concordia, she spent 3 years in the private sector at a New York financial technology firm developing relationships with buy and sell-side banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. Regina also worked for 2 years as a Corps Member in Washington, DC, with Teach for America, a highly selective program that mobilizes future leaders to strengthen educational equity and excellence in the US.

Regina is a Concordia Board Member and City Tutors Advisor Council Member. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from New York’s Columbia University, a further master’s in secondary education from American University, Washington DC, and a bachelor’s in French from Davidson College, North Carolina. She is also a native Spanish speaker.
