[November 3, 2025] — Sparta Properties, one of Libra Group’s real estate subsidiaries that owns and manages a portfolio of properties across multiple sectors, including hospitality, has completed a multi-year, over €20 million capital program to renovate Ona Alborada, a leading hotel and resort in Tenerife, Spain.
Completed over two phases, the refurbishment modernized 282 ocean-view apartments and refreshed the resort’s grounds, including its 34,400-square-foot natural seawater pool—the largest in Europe—lush gardens, dining outlets, and amenities designed to elevate the guest experience.
Three redesigned dining venues now include a pool bar, buffet, and La Lanza, a signature restaurant celebrating Atlantic and Canarian cuisine with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
Located on Tenerife’s southern coast in the Canary Islands, Ona Alborada offers direct access to Las Galletas and proximity to key attractions and the airport—making it a year-round destination for global travelers.
