As it marks its fifth year in Argentina, First South American Investments (now incorporated in Elandis) alongside its property investment partner Belgravia Land & Development has unveiled the third building of modern offices in the Optima Business Park. Completed in line with Green Building guidance and regulations, it represents an investment in excess of US $10m.
Designed by architect Mario Roberto Álvarez and built by CAPUTO, the complex is situated in one of the highest growth zones in northern part of Greater Buenos Aires.
