Aria Hotels Expands in Peloponnese with Bassa Maina Villas & Suites
As part of its strategic growth in Laconian Mani, Aria Hotels assumes the management of Bassa Maina, further strengthening its hotel presence in the Peloponnese.
[January 21, 2026] — Aria Hotels, Libra Group’s Greek-born hospitality subsidiary, announced that it will be taking over the management of Bassa Maina Villas & Suites, a refined property comprising 10 villas and suites in the Laconian Mani. This portfolio addition reaffirms Aria Hotels’ long-term investment strategy in the wider Peloponnese region and complements the group’s partnership with the landmark Ariá Estate Suites & Spa in Mani, which began in 2022.
Bassa Maina Villas & Suites offers private terraces, pools, and unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea, with some units featuring fireplaces or outdoor jacuzzis. Complemented by culinary experiences rooted in local ingredients and Mediterranean simplicity, the property blends contemporary hospitality accommodations with Mani’s distinctive heritage, creating an environment designed for relaxation and a slower pace of life.
With this addition, both Ariá Estate Suites & Spa and Bassa Maina Villas & Suites strengthen the overall hospitality infrastructure of the wider Mani region, enabling large scale corporate meetings and social events through expanded capacity, flexible spaces, and integrated services.
