Our hospitality interests began in North America in 2004 with the purchase of a collection of premium hotels, restaurants and marinas on the coast of Maine and in Vermont.
Our own luxury boutique hotels and residences brand, Grace Hotels, attracted global critical acclaim since its launch in 2007. It introduced an ethos of elegance, simplicity and supreme service in breathtaking locations.
Grace Hotels always planned to have a large global footprint and in 2018, following a strategic transaction between the Libra Group and Auberge Resorts LLC, the Grace group of hotels became part of Auberge Resorts Collection. Under the terms of the agreement, the Libra Group now holds a strategic interest in Auberge Resorts.
Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs with properties operating or under development globally including North and Central America, Hawaii, the Caribbean and Fiji.
Our hospitality division also includes Aria Hotels, a growing niche boutique hotels and villas company in Greece.
We maintain close relationships with the world's leading hospitality groups and one of our real estate subsidiaries, Elandis, has worked with Hyatt Hotels to develop Hyatt Place-branded hotels in major cities and towns across Brazil.
