Libra Group has a strategic interest in Buenos Aires-based Amerisud. The company is active throughout Argentina and owns, develops, and manages real estate assets in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

The company’s work capitalizes on its knowledge and long-standing relationships in the region, with a presence in Argentina since 2004.

Amerisud has developed over 500,000 square meters of real estate, including a residential complex in northern Buenos Aires, several hotel and villa developments, and a group of business parks that include the Latin American headquarters for IBM and Unilever. Other tenants include Mapfre, BBVA, Baker & Hughes, and DirecTV.
