WE LEAD is an independent, nonprofit organization Libra Philanthropies launched in 2023 to create a pathway for women in Greece to reach leadership positions in the technology sector, one of the country’s fastest-growing industries. By offering participants comprehensive technical and professional skills, education, mentorship, and career development and job opportunities, WE LEAD is helping to create equal opportunities for women to shape the future of technology and business in Greece and beyond.
WE LEAD’s holistic career development program provides the necessary tools for women to enter into, grow and lead in the tech industry, with a focus on key business, technical skills development, and leadership skills. By partnering with leading organizations like Code.Hub, WE LEAD will offer participants the opportunity to get hands-on experience with mentorships from experts in the field.
