Libra Philanthropies Fellowships
Supporting leaders of tomorrow
As part of Libra Group’s education programs, the company partnered over the past decade with institutes of higher education to create fellowship programs that support students from different backgrounds and with a variety of educational and professional pursuits. By supporting their studies and projects and hosting them through programming opportunities with our partners, they take their experiences and knowledge back to support their local communities and become the leaders of tomorrow.
Our earliest fellowships programs began in 2013 with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Athens University of Economics and Business. In 2016, we established a fellowship with Hebrew University that has grown from a 3-year $100,000 commitment to a 10-year $1.25 million dollar commitment announced in 2022. Additionally, in 2023 we built on our long-standing partnership with American College of Greece to create the Libra Philanthropies Leadership Scholarship to support students pursuing graduate studies at Deree-American College of Greece in Athens, Greece.
