$300 million investment since inception
First Oriental Singapore was formed in 2004 specifically to invest in the Singaporean high-end residential market. Having initially invested in a portfolio of luxury residential properties, the company disposed of the bulk of these assets just three years later. First Oriental Singapore's transactions have exceeded $300 million since its inception.
The company works in partnership with some of Singapore's most prominent developers, including Keppel Land International Limited, Capital and Residential Singapore Pte. Limited, Hong Leong Holdings Limited, and Wing Tai Holdings Limited.
