Founded in 2006 and based in Panama City and Miami, FCA Group pursues residential and commercial property investment and management opportunities across North and Central America.
The FCA Group team has concluded numerous transactions in Panama and throughout the USA, including the purchase of nearly 500 residential units in Florida. The company's initial focus has been on prime commercial real estate ownership with secure long-term tenants including Sony Ericcson, Credit Suisse, Amex and foreign embassies. More recently it has been investing substantially in residential real estate throughout North America, including Miami, Florida, and Manhattan, New York.
