BLD has already established itself as one of the region's leading real estate investors with a portfolio approaching 3 million sq ft of prime real estate. The company has several projects under development ranging from city centre luxury residential and retail units to strategically located prime office developments including the largest business park in Buenos Aires which is now home to the regional headquarters for Unilever.
BLD plays an important role in the development of the hospitality projects of the group, working closely with FSA's hospitality division, Amerisud.
