Construction begins at La Dolfina Grace
New hotel and residential villas development will be managed by Grace Hotels
Elandis, the international real estate group that develops, owns, and manages real estate assets throughout the Americas and in Europe, has announced that construction has commenced on the first luxury villa within the La Dolfina Grace hotel and residential villas development alongside the exclusive La Dolfina Polo Club near Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The development which lies on an estate created by Argentinian polo legend, Adolfo Cambiaso, will be a unique brand collaboration between luxury boutique hotels group, Grace Hotels, and the La Dolfina polo and lifestyle brand to create a new hotel, serviced villas and apartments complex comprising up to 95 keys.
Combining the sporting and lifestyle choice that is La Dolfina with the elegance and simplicity that is the hallmark of Grace Hotels, La Dolfina Grace is a new concept in luxury living and hospitality. The hotel will be built to the usual Grace standards and feature a spa and gym, gourmet restaurant, cocktail and cigar bar and outdoor pool.
This is Elandis’s second hotel and residential villas development in Argentina. The first was the Grace Cafayate complex which opened in Northern Argentina’s Salta province in November 2013.
The development will form part of the La Dolfina Polo Ranch, an exclusive 465 hectare residential estate set among woods and rivers in the town of Cañuelas, in the southern province of Buenos Aires. Elandis has already sold several of the apartments on this landmark development for Argentina.
