Our hospitality interests began in North America in 2004 with the purchase of a collection of premium hotels, restaurants and marinas on the coast of Maine and in Vermont. The White Barn Inn, regularly commended as one of the finest hotels and restaurants in Northeast USA, and the Windham Hill Inn are both members of the exclusive Relais & Châteaux collection. These are the flagship properties within US Hotels, a diverse group of hotels, restaurants, spas and conference facilities set to expand across the USA.
Meanwhile we have created our own hotels brand, Grace Hotels, which has attracted global critical acclaim since its formation. Its unique combination of understated elegance and exceptional service has carved a niche for itself in the luxury boutique sector. There are Grace hotels in North America, Greece and China, with more under development in South and Central America.
Our hospitality division also includes Aria Hotels, a niche boutique hotel company in Greece, and a specialist investment and development company in South America.
In addition to developing and managing our own hospitality properties we maintain close relationships with the world's leading hospitality groups and are involved in ownership and development of internationally branded hotels, including a six-star villa-only development on Koh Samui.
